| Online release for playing in the Bay Area Field Hockey League. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR USFHA number and exp date! |

Alto Online Membership Form |
| Fill
out online and submit. Upon submission of form you will get a printout for submitting your dues via check. |
